Hi, Florinda team Please accept my heartful appreciation for the service you have provided. I was not fully aware of the magnitude of flood situation in Punjab as I rarely get time to sit in front of tv. Today whilst talking to my parents, I was made aware how bad it has been and still you guys provided so good service, I am amazed. Apologies if I had been harsh.
