Our priority is to deliver your order on the requested date with the utmost quality. Due to the inherent variables in our products, substitution may be necessary to ensure a timely delivery.

1. Policy Principle (Value Guarantee)

Substitution is unavoidable due to seasonal, climatic, and regional constraints affecting availability and quality. Floraindia guarantees that all substitutions will be fulfilled to equal or higher value than the original item, and the overall aesthetic style, shape, and color combination will be maintained to meet or exceed expectations.

2. Color Fidelity and Aesthetic Variance (Handmade Disclaimer)

•  Handcrafted Product Variance: All floral arrangements and bouquets are handcrafted by local florists, who may be informally trained. Due to this human element, the final aesthetic look and style may differ from the photographs displayed on our website, which are intended as conceptual guides. This accepted variance is not considered a defect.

•  Flower Shade Variance: The flowers displayed are creations of nature. Matching the exact shade and tone of natural flowers is beyond human control. Slight variations in color shade are not grounds for complaint or refund.

•  Cake Color Variance: The exact shade of the cake icing and decorations cannot be guaranteed due to factors like brand color variances and baking conditions. Minor variation in cake color is to be expected and is not considered a defect.

•  Non-Core Packaging Variance: Decorative and non-core items, including the basket or vase style, color and quantity of wrapping papers, ribbons, decorative leaves, and any supplementary props, are indicative only. These elements are entirely dependent on local availability and may not be exactly the same as shown in the picture. Substitution of these materials is not grounds for a claim of non-conforming goods or refund.

3. Perishable Goods Handling and Weather Risk

•  Handling Risk Acceptance: While we take extreme care in preparation, secure packing, and handling during transit, our perishable products (flowers, cakes) are susceptible to environmental conditions.

•  No Claim for Minor Changes: You acknowledge that minor wilting of flowers or slight melting/softening of cake icing may occur during transit, especially in hot weather. We assure you that our methods have a minimal impact and do not affect the safety or overall consumption quality of the product. Such minor aesthetic changes are considered acceptable variances and are not liable to any claim for refund.

4. Substitution Rules for Flowers

•  Flower Variety: If a specific flower (e.g., Roses) is unavailable due to constraints, we will substitute it with an available flower of equal or higher monetary value (e.g., Carnations, Gerbera, or Orchids).

•  Arrangement: The shape, size, and style of the arrangement will remain unaffected, despite the handcrafted variance mentioned above.

•  Enquiry: If you require the exact bouquet or floral arrangement with no substitution allowed, we highly recommend that you enquire about availability in the desired city/season beforehand.

5. Substitution Rules for Cakes

•  Flavor/Icing: Cakes are baked fresh by local bakers. Due to local constraints, substitutions in flavor, topping, or icing may be unavoidable. We maintain a close resemblance in overall shape, size, and style.

•   Personalized Message Quality Disclaimer:

♦  Greeting Card Message: The quality of printing, card design (due to local printer variance), and the message handwriting style are complimentary services and cannot be guaranteed.

♦  Cake Message: The appearance of the message written on the cake is entirely dependent on the handwriting and icing style of the local cake baker. Any minor human error in these complimentary messages is not subject to a claim for refund or damage.

♦  Content Liability: The message printed on the card or written on the cake is replicated exactly as provided by the customer at the time of order. Floraindia is not responsible for any spelling, grammatical, or content errors in the customer-provided message text. Our team will not correct or verify the language provided.

♦  Aesthetic Variance: The appearance (handwriting/print quality) of the message is a complimentary service dependent on local service partners, and any minor human error is not subject to a claim for refund.
