Q1: What are the payment methods available?

Q4: Are there any hidden charges or shipping costs involved?

Answer: No, there are no hidden charges except what is mentioned along with the item. This is what you pay normally. In some cases where we don't have delivery service in a particular area/city, we can request the florist in the city nearest to that place to deliver at extra cost if the customer is ready to bear that cost.

Q5: What are the delivery charges on FloraIndia.com?

Answer: Delivery in most of the cities in India is free, i.e. there are no delivery or any other charges where we have a direct presence. In some cases where we don't have delivery service in a particular area/city, we can request the florist in the city nearest to that place to deliver at extra cost if the customer is ready to bear that cost.

Q6: Can I order the flowers to be delivered on the same day?

Answer: Yes, same-day delivery is possible all over India if the order is placed by 1500 Hrs Indian Standard Time (+0530 GMT) as shown on the top right of this page.

Q7: What if I need to get the delivery made on the same day but it's past 1500 Hrs IST, What is Express Delivery?

Answer: For delivery in Delhi(and NCR), Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai we have an express delivery service. For which orders are taken till 1700 Hrs. IST (+0530 GMT). We give no guarantee for the delivery on the same day for Express Delivery. You are charged only if we deliver the flowers. You order for the next day and send an email to serve@floraindia.com with the order number, we will make our utmost efforts to make the delivery and intimate you of the same. There are no extra charges for Express Delivery.

Q8: Can I send some messages along with the Flowers?

Answer: Yes, you can send your message along with flowers by typing it in the Message box in the checkout form.

Q9: How do I know if FloraIndia.com has received my order?

Answer: As soon as we receive an order, an email is sent to the email ID provided in the checkout form. Also, the order status is updated in the order tracking section, the status can be checked there.

Q10: I have received your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation email.

Answer: As soon as we receive the order, an order confirmation email is sent and the order status is created in your customer section. As we get Credit Card Authorization, the same is updated in the order tracking section and an email is sent to you. This may take a few seconds to several minutes. If you have not received the email, you can verify the payment status through order tracking. If in the order tracking section, the card status is not verified and it has been some time since you received our email, then you can again make the payment by clicking on the link "Pay Now". By doing so through this link you will be charged just once, though you may get a new order number. Or you can email us at serve@floraindia.com for any assistance.

Q11: How can I track my order?

Answer: Your order can be tracked through the order tracking section after your secure login. The status is updated several times a day, so the order status shown here is pretty current.

Q12: How are the flowers delivered?

Answer: All the Fresh flowers are hand delivered by the local florist in the respective cities and strict guidelines and standards are maintained to ensure that the flowers are fresh and are up to the standard laid by the industry.

Q13: Where can the delivery be made?

Answer: The delivery is possible in all major towns and cities of India.

Q14: Is the delivery possible on holidays?

Answer: Yes, in most cities and towns, delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions.

Q15: How do I know if my order got delivered fine?

Answer: Floraindia guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email will be sent to you confirming the delivery. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking section. Also if for any reason the order can not be filled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the florist reports his delivery problem. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us at serve@floraindia.com to claim a non-delivery with reference to your Order Number.

Q16: What if my order is not delivered on the desired day?

Answer: In rare cases like these, the full amount will be refunded. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Q17: When will the order be delivered, what time?

Answer: We can not guarantee the time of delivery, but the flowers will be delivered on the delivery date specified by you. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please mention it in the additional information box in the checkout form or send us an email to serve@floraindia.com. Our delivery staff will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request, but we reiterate that we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Q18: What happens if the recipient is not at home or the delivery address?

Answer: In this case, the delivery is made to the neighbors, only if they agree to take the delivery on the receiver's behalf. For more information click here to see Delivery Information.

Q19: What can be sent along with the flowers?

Answer: All the items mentioned on the site can be sent along with the flowers but if you have anything that is not available on our site, you can always ask for the same through our Custom Orders Section and you will be given the Quote. But No Alcoholic Beverages or items not allowed to be sold online in India.

Q20: How can I get personal assistance?

Answer: You can contact us at serve@floraindia.com any time, or through the Custom Orders section and Ask Florist section if you require any personal assistance from us.

Q21: Where can I enter special instructions?

Answer: If you have additional delivery information such as an additional phone number or address, kindly write in the additional information box provided in the checkout form. If you have already placed the order then you can write the information in an email to serve@floraindia.com with the order number.

Q22: What if I have a specific requirement or if I want some custom arrangement made or if I have a special request?

Answer: We will be honored to oblige you with your special request or custom order. Just go to Custom Orders and send us your request we will get back to you immediately.

Q23: How can I cancel or reschedule an order?

Answer: If you need to cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances you can email at serve@floraindia.com, at least one day before the scheduled delivery date.

Q24: How can I change an order?

Answer: If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email to serve@floraindia.com, at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. You can also get the items in the orders changed but due to legal constraints, the value of the order cannot be changed. For this order is to be cancelled and a new order is to be placed.

Q25: Why are there two prices for each item?

Answer: We have two prices for each product, namely Regular Price and Combo Price. Regular Price: Regular Price is applicable till the time there is only one item in your shopping cart. Combo Price: The moment there is more than one item in your shopping cart, automatically the site forms a combo of these two or more items as chosen by you (called AutoCombo). Then the price applicable on all items is the combo price which is the lower of the two prices. Since we save on logistics if you have more than one item in your order, we share the savings with you.

Q26: What is AutoCombo?

Answer: When you purchase more than one item, an Automatic Combo is formed. That is, the price applicable on the products selected by you are the Combo prices (which are the lower prices), so with AutoCombo there is auto-saving for you. We save on logistics so we share it with you. No need to compromise with fixed combos available on some sites.

Q27: What if I am confused about what to send?

Answer: No problem, you can just let us know your budget for the flower arrangement you would like to send, and our experienced and talented florists will create something suitable for you in your budget and get it delivered with your emotions.

Q28: What do I do if I forget my member password?

Answer: Click on login, and on the login screen, click on the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted for your email ID. Your login information will be sent to this email ID.

Q29: How long will the flowers last?

Answer: Different Flowers have different shelf life but again a lot depends on how care is taken of the flowers. Due to their perishable nature, we can not give the Guarantee for the life of the flowers.

Q30: How can I best care for my flowers?

Answer: To keep your flowers fresh and long-lasting, change or add water daily. If possible, re-cut the end of flower stems under water. You may also add a floral preservative to maximize the freshness and life of your flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care, your flowers are expected to last for approximately 5 days.
